I am studying political science and journalism with the hopes of finding a career that combines personal fulfillment through civil service while providing real world impacts. I would like to be able to gain experience working for the government then leave after a few years and create my own business with my learned knowledge. I also am curious about being a professional writer but am worried about how financially secure that path would be.
