Hi! My name is Katrina Santiago, and I am currently majoring in Animal Biotechnology at UC Davis. Through my time in lab courses and a research lab, I realized I love being in a lab and would love to work in one after graduating this June. I thought I wanted to go to med school, but I learned about clinical lab scientists and thought that it’s the career that appeals to me the most. I would love to learn more about the career and the path to becoming one. Some fun things about me: I find it really fun to learn new things and find the connections between different things. In my free time, I like to draw, learn new crafts, and design merch for the songs I listen to.
