My name is Monica De La Paz and I'm currently a Talent Acquisition Operations coordinator. I am working toward getting my associate's degree in business administration in hopes to work towards becoming a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager. I started my career in tech working as a recruiting coordinator in the video game industry working for companies Zynga and Electronic Arts. When I was a part of a company reduction in 2024 and was getting back into the job market, I found that having a degree would be helpful since a lot of the application process is online and there are systems that are used that filter out key words that can help bring your resume to the top for hiring managers.
